We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to fill three exciting board positions.

We are thrilled to announce that we are opening applications for three key board positions. This is your chance to make a real impact in the cybersecurity community and help shape the future of women in cyber across Luxembourg and Europe. If you’re enthusiastic about communication, technology, finances and empowering women we want to hear from you!

Open Positions

Communication Officer

Lead our voice, shape our brand, and amplify our mission across every channel.

  • Manage and grow our social media presence create content, engage the community, and keep the conversation going.
  • Develop compelling content for our website, blog, and newsletters (in collaboration with the ICT Officer).
  • Handle media relations draft press releases, respond to inquiries, and coordinate interviews.
  • Coordinate events and campaigns that drive our mission forward.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of our communication efforts.

ICT Officer

Keep our digital infrastructure secure, efficient, and running smoothly.

  • Manage our website — update content, ensure security, and monitor analytics.
  • Provide technical support across our website and social media platforms.
  • Hold Admin rights on social media platforms and manage posting permissions for Board members Collaborate closely with the Communication Officer on newsletters, content review, and community queries.

Treasurer

Manage the financial administration and oversight accurately, and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Financial Management and Reporting

  • Oversee the association’s financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Monitor income and expenditure to support the association’s activities and objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Board and Founding Members.
  • Support the preparation of financial information for the Annual General Meeting and other governance activities.

Financial Oversight

  • Ensure financial transactions are properly authorised, documented, and recorded.
  • Monitor compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.

Memberships Management

  • Manage new member onboarding and renewals.

  • Call for Nominations Opens: 15/06/2026
  • Deadline for Submission of Nominations: 31/01/2026
  • Publication of Candidates: 3/08/2026
  • Election Date: TBD

Late submissions will not be considered.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

  • Be a registered member of Women4Cyber Luxembourg.
  • Support the mission and objectives of the association.
  • Be willing to actively contribute to Board activities and meetings.
  • Be available to fulfill the responsibilities associated with the elected position.
