We’re so excited to share some amazing news from our Women4Cyber Luxembourg and Women Cyber Force (WCF) community!

Three of our very own — Asma Batool , Krystina Gray and Sabika Ishaq — have been nominated for the TechWomen4Boards Leadership Awards! These nominations are a huge honor and a powerful recognition of the leadership, dedication, and impact both women bring to the cybersecurity world.

Krystina Gray (She/Her)

Krystina is someone who leads with both vision and heart. Her work in governance and leadership has helped shape stronger, more resilient cybersecurity structures. She’s a true change maker who lifts up those around her and keeps pushing for better — for systems, for people, and for the future of cybersecurity. She is one the founding member of WCF.

Sabika Ishaq

Sabika’s passion for policy and advocacy is nothing short of inspiring. She’s been a strong voice for change, pushing for more inclusive and forward-thinking cybersecurity policies. Her work makes a real difference in how we think about tech and equity — not just in Luxembourg, but across Europe. She is also the WCF President.

Asma Batool

Asma works as IT Risk & Governance Specialist. She is recognized in the Emerging Leader category for the upcoming Tech Award—an acknowledgment that celebrates individuals demonstrating strong potential and making meaningful contributions to their organization or industry.
