Biography
Patricia Souza
Founder Geek Girls

I build bridges, create spaces, and share stories that empower women and underrepresented minorities to believe in themselves — and to claim their place with courage, belonging, and agency.
I do this by designing and leading initiatives that expand digital and STEM access, turning inspiration into opportunity and representation into real pathways for growth.
As Founder of GeekGirls, I work at the intersection of education, technology, and social impact, creating programs, events, and learning experiences that help the next generation of girls engage confidently with digital and STEM fields.
My focus is on collective construction: connecting people, institutions, and ecosystems so inclusion becomes sustainable, not symbolic.
My background spans leadership development, program leadership, and diversity strategy, with over 20 years of experience collaborating with international organizations, mentoring professionals, and building initiatives that place people — not processes — at the center. I am particularly engaged in work that:
- expands access to digital and STEM education
- strengthens representation and belonging for girls and minorities
- connects education, community, and systemic impact
- I collaborate with organizations, networks, and institutions that understand inclusion as a driver of innovation, social progress, and shared responsibility.
Let’s create digital futures where more people can belong, lead, and transform the world in their own way.
